Order Processing & Dispatch Timeframes
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, our team prepares your items for dispatch.
We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days. If more time is required due to stock checks, courier capacity, or unexpected delays, we will contact you with an updated dispatch estimate.
A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details is typically sent within 3 working days of shipment. This helps you follow your parcel as it moves from our Auckland base to your NZ address.
Failed or Missed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available at the delivery address or if the address provided is invalid, the courier may redirect the parcel to the nearest depot or collection point.
Customers are responsible for following collection instructions and ensuring the correct delivery details are supplied at checkout.
Checking Your Items After Delivery
