Under certain circumstances, we may issue a full refund or accept the return of a product. In all cases, please send an email to [email protected] and we will review the case for you. We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive your parcel in our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued. Make sure that you include your order no and the invoice details for the order you are concerned about.

Return Conditions​

Items returned must be unused, with the original packing. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can’t be returned.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returned goods whose delivery has not been paid. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Customer would need to cover the return postage.
Note: Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of items not brought from our site.

Refund method​

The refund will be processed to your Dryfitwear Account or the original payment account per your request. If you have not chosen where to receive the refund, the refund would be processed as store credits to your Dryfitwear Account.

Refund process time

Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. This is an estimated timeframe to accommodate current situations, most refunds will be processed before this.

If you have chosen account credit refund, it will be refunded within 24-48 hours and can be used for any purchase on the site except sale items.

If you have chosen original payment account, it will be refunded within 7-14 working days . Depending on the processing time of the platform/bank.

Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
