In some cases, we could accept product returns or provide a complete refund. In all cases, please send an email to [email protected] and we will review the case for you. We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving it. Your refund will be promptly processed as soon as your package arrives at our warehouse. Make sure that you include your order no and the invoice details for the order you are concerned about.

Return Conditions​

Returned goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, cleaned, or otherwise changed are not returnable.

Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can’t be returned.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returned goods whose delivery has not been paid. The expense of the returns will be on you.

Customer would need to cover the return postage.
Note: Before sending out your returns, please make sure to check them again. We will not be held responsible for the return of items not brought from our site.

Refund method​

The refund will be processed to your Dryfitwear Account or the original payment account per your request. If you have not chosen where to receive the refund, the refund would be processed as store credits to your Dryfitwear Account.

Refund process time

After your package is received, returns are processed within 5 business days. This is an estimated timeframe to accommodate current situations, most refunds will be processed before this.

IIf you choose account credit refund, you will receive your money back in 24 to 48 hours and can spend it for anything on the website, excluding sale items.

If you have chosen original payment account, it will be refunded within 7 working days . Based on the platform’s or bank’s processing time.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed.
