While we do our best to keep everything in stock, all items are subject to availability. If your chosen product is unavailable after you place your order, we’ll contact you to offer a refund or suggest an alternative.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
At checkout, we show the shipping cost. We currently offer free shipping on all our products within NZ.
All payments are securely processed during checkout using the payment options offered on our website.
Order and Delivery
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your order will be considered accepted only once your items have been dispatched.
We ship throughout New Zealand using reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout, though delays may occur due to courier issues or events beyond our control.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order has been delivered.
Return and Exchange
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Requests must be lodged within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or you received the wrong item.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Pricing Mistakes
